Trauma | relationship issues | anxiety + Depression | Life Transitions | Loved Ones of Substance Use | Couples Therapy
Therapy with me begins with curiosity, not correction. I practice from a person-centered and emotionally focused lens, which means I’m less interested in “fixing” you and more interested in understanding you. We slow things down, listen closely to your emotional world, and gently trace the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. When emotions are met with compassion instead of judgment, they soften, and from that place, meaningful change can unfold.
I work with anxiety and depression, as well as loved ones of those struggling with substance abuse, individuals who are often carrying more than anyone realizes. You might be managing panic beneath competence, sadness beneath productivity, or resentment beneath loyalty. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences are connected to attachment, identity, and unmet needs. Alongside insight, I integrate practical tools to help you regulate your nervous system, quiet self-criticism, and respond to life with greater steadiness.
I also specialize in relationship issues, life transitions, trauma and offer couples therapy. Using emotionally focused principles, I help individuals and partners recognize the cycles that keep them disconnected and create new experiences of emotional safety. Whether you’re navigating a breakup, a career shift, parenthood, grief, or the lingering impact of trauma, therapy can be a place of reconnection: to your voice, your resilience, and your capacity for closeness. You don’t have to navigate it alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
