Our team is growing!

We are currently seeking motivated, autonomous therapists to join our team. If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve balance, wellness, and personal growth through integrated mind-body approaches, we invite you to apply.

Clinicians have the opportunity to determine how many clients they would like to see per week. Fully licensed clinicians seeing less than 20 clients per week will be employed as independent contractors (1099). Provisionally licensed clinicians seeing less than 20 clients per week will be employed as part-time employees (W2) and clinicians of any licensure status seeing more than 20 clients per week will be employed as employees (W2). Schedules are flexible, yet dependent on current office availability. There is no requirement to work evenings or weekends.

Our clinicians are given the choice to see clients in person, virtually, or both. With this hybrid model, every clinician has access to a therapy room 2-3 days per week. Our office space has two teletherapy rooms for clinicians to have virtual sessions while working at the office, if preferred or necessary. We ask that all clinicians be local in order to join supervision and group meetings in person.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique needs, goals, and challenges

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based mind-body therapies, such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, yoga, biofeedback, and other holistic techniques

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards

  • Attend bi-monthly team meetings, clinical supervision (if provisionally licensed), and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Additional certifications/knowledge in mind-body therapies (i.e. biofeedback, neurofeedback, EMDR, eating disorders, CADC, Reiki, sport and health psychology, rehabilitation counseling, etc) preferred.

  • Use of evidence-based theoretical orientations, specifically CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT.

  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to seamlessly establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest research in counseling and mind-body interventions.
