Burnout Support Group

Burnout rarely comes from just one place. Work, relationships, finances, dating, and life demands all intersect. This 8-week group offers space to reflect, connect, and build tools that support long-term well-being—not just short-term relief. Together, we’ll explore:

  • What burnout actually is—and how it shows up in your life and community

  • How to recognize early signs of burnout

  • Strategies for managing work expectations and external pressures

  • Communicating boundaries with clarity and confidence

  • Developing compassion for your needs at work, home, and in relationships

  • A holistic approach to stress, goals, and sustainability across all areas of life

When: Mondays at 7:00 PM

Dates: February 9th through March 30th

Location: Virtual

Format: Open group (attend the weeks that work for you)

Cost: Insurance accepted | self-pay: $40 per group

Prerequisite: A brief phone consultation is required prior to joining
