Burnout rarely comes from just one place. Work, relationships, finances, dating, and life demands all intersect. This 8-week group offers space to reflect, connect, and build tools that support long-term well-being—not just short-term relief. Together, we’ll explore:
What burnout actually is—and how it shows up in your life and community
How to recognize early signs of burnout
Strategies for managing work expectations and external pressures
Communicating boundaries with clarity and confidence
Developing compassion for your needs at work, home, and in relationships
A holistic approach to stress, goals, and sustainability across all areas of life
When: Mondays at 7:00 PM
Dates: February 9th through March 30th
Location: Virtual
Format: Open group (attend the weeks that work for you)
Cost: Insurance accepted | self-pay: $40 per group
Prerequisite: A brief phone consultation is required prior to joining
