Past Trauma Process Group

Trauma can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. This group offers a supportive space to better understand what you’ve been through, learn practical coping tools, and begin processing your experiences alongside others who understand. Together, we’ll explore:

  • How past experiences may still affect your emotions, relationships, and daily life

  • Why certain situations trigger strong feelings or reactions

  • Ways to feel calmer and more grounded when you’re overwhelmed

  • Tools for managing difficult emotions without shutting down or feeling out of control

  • How to be more patient and compassionate with yourself

  • Communicating your needs and setting healthy boundaries

  • Working through painful experiences in a safe, supportive environment

  • Building a greater sense of safety, connection, and hope for the future
